Oh I know. Factual means undeniable evidence. There is countless video material, videos of daily routines, actual mass executions, countless documents and countless interviews on paper and on video from people of both sides, perpetrators and victims which paint an undeniable picture of what happened. Thousands of - at the time of their interview alive - perpertrators and victims with accurate depictions of what exactly happened, they found mass graves because of what they told them, most concentration camps also still exist to this day. It is as factual as anything can be. When I was a kid, dozens of old Nazis lived in my city (city were an actual concentration camp was(still is as a museum) and told me about the horrors that had happened. Its the realest thing ever and its 100% proven without the shadow of a doubt.

What you are saying is that there is ample evidence for a historical event. But it doesn't matter how much evidence you can furnish, a historical event cannot be factual. And this is due to definition, not because I think you are wrong.
