I was only pointing out that where I'm from crime statistics are often overly reported to the downside which is UNSAFE and MORALLY WRONG.

Telling people that an area is the safest it's been in years doesn't make it safe. I don't know how you can't see that?

edit: I often talk about where I'm from Chicago because I wouldn't want anyone here thinking of coming to Chicago and them thinking it's "safer then it's been" just because they saw some "statistics"
