Its possible but all existing genetic data points to that not being true.

GWAS cannot be trusted because current and future GWAS are conducted upon the basis of databases compiled from results of previously published GWA studies.
Which can allow for false positives and mistakenly identified variants to proliferate as the research area continues to develop.
This is of course why we should be very careful about relying on GWAS, especially for studies on intelligence differences.

Environment can lead to a pretty massive IQ gap. Used to be the Irish had something like a 20 point IQ gap with the English. It's basically gone now. The black vs white IQ gap in the USA was 15+ points and is now down to something like 5 or 6 points.

Education, stability, food security, etc. can lead to at least a standard deviation decrease in IQ.

They literally use themselves as a source for proof.
