First of all, I am not religious or god believing in any shape, form or way and I do not try to argue over someone's existence. This is really just out of curiosity and for gathering information for a project of mine.

I speak of all the gods of the ancient greek/roman/egyptean/nordic and so on mythologies. Those are widely considered just as parts of great old stories nowadays, no religion really revolves around Odin, Raa, Zeus or Jupiter and no one would ever argue over the existence of Thor, Horus, Apollo or whatever....or am I wrong?

Are there people still believing in those "story gods"? Anyone knows that?

I just ask because of a study I am working on, thats all. Trying to collect some more or less relevant data and opinions from all possible sources I can think of :-)

People have been fantasising about supernatural since beginning of time. Gods are all made up just like a new comic book character with their own super powers and lore.
There are most definitely people who believe in those fairy tales. Existence of elohim the gods of the bible is as real as green lantern or wonder woman.

Study of psychology surrounding religion is an interesting topic.
