its probably just a weather balloon that got away like my 2nd link says? or I saw a comment that its testing responses. its not uncommon to monkey around like that. i remember stories from the cold war. USSR would send flights towards USA air space and people on alert would scramble to meet them. lol seems people in charge are like high school kids playing chicken games with other peoples lives.
