Not communism. Just putting a hard cap on how much wealth a single individual can own. And trust me, this number is very generous. I'd say a single person cannot own more than 50 millions and no more than 10 properties. These numbers are more than enough for the average person.
that's basically socialism. in nations with a socialist tax policy it becomes nearly impossible to gain noteworthy wealth beyond an area right around that number. and one wouldnt bother buying more property because its more work for no more money.
its basically a system where u get paid less for overtime instead of more. u can work 60 hours to make a bit more than 40, but 70 or 80 isnt even noticeably more than 60.

A person would get taxed out the rear if that had that much on hand. A corporation gets taxed a fraction and can even be written off in some cases.
most a list athletes do. smart ones do create a corporation, dumb ones buy houses for their whole family and have 10m$ chains.
