It's almost as if Ukraine is a poor, small-ish country that is desperately trying to defend itself against the aggression by its more than 3 times larger neighbor who was widely considered to have a top5 military in the world. Of course they're scraping by and will take any weapons and equipment they can get. When this war started, pretty much all analysts expected Russia's military to have a huge advantage in both quantity and quality, but it turned out that they didn't.

I don't really take anything that happened in this war seriously. There are many reasons but top 3 are:
1. 200k man invasion of a 40+million country. (numerically 500k-1million++man required, I was 100% sure they wouldn't invade, even a child would understand this.)
2. They invaded without striking electricity&transport.
3. They barely brought artillery on their north fronts (kiev, sumy) etc

So far this isn't a war, you can't compare it to anything. As an example if you compare it to iraq/iran war, this is a romantic show or a tiktok challenge.

The term "all out war" exists for a reason, it's to separate wars like this, which are more severe and lengthy than conflicts, and less severe than all out war.

US invasion of iraq had something like 600k (including pesh) against a country much smaller and less armed than ukraine. A country where 70-80% of the population had no desire to fight for saddam (kurds+shias)

If you gonna invade a country, either do it properly or don't do it at all. All out war -> semi-war (iraq invasion good example) -> ukraine conflict -> border-skermishes
