The Subscription on your electric car has ran out. It won't start unless you pay for another month of service.

The year is 2028 and I expect welfare money from the government to cover the cost of my Ford F150's fuel.

How electrical infrastructure would need to be upgraded first in order to convert all cars and trucks to electrical, but I guess it’s best in the long run since most of our energy comes from hydroelectricity. We don’t recycle the batteries yet either so that’s something that will need to be fixed. I wouldn’t buy one for now as 100% electric cars are either too expensive or have poor range during our harsh winters. It also doesn’t help that the a lot of the affordable electric cars look like they’ve been drawn by an 8 year old.

There is no 'coasting on fumes' with an electric car.

Your electric car will be dead on the side on the highway as you call for help. Then you'll pay the $100 fee for them to show up and the $300 fee for them to tow your car to a charger.

Remember when you could just take the jerry can down the road to a gas station or have someone bring gas to you? Not with an electric car!

In America at least,. going to the gas pump since age 16 is something most adults experience their entire life.

The idea that you can train all these morons to charge their electric car every night is hilarious.

People don't always remember to charge their phone and they have those things stapled to their head.

I don’t know if that’s something done everywhere but our version of AAA (CAA-Quebec) can bring an electric car to charge your car directly on the road for like 40km of range, except Teslas.

They could also bring a gas-powered emergency charger to you… it kinda defeats the purpose of having an electric car but it makes for funny pictures.
