You also need to demonstrate what criminal actions he's been implicated in. Last time I checked, investigating government wrongdoings isn't a crime.

I don't hate the guy at all, I think he's smart. If you're being investigated by the FBI you should shut up and let your lawyer do all your communication for you, thats how you stay out of jail.
