Given his approval rating hes going to need more voters and you have to get the ball rolling early on this type of thing if you want them at the poles for 2024.

It's the DEA that decides schedules and I'm not aware of any federal law that specifically classifies Marijuana as a schedule 1.

This is an attempt by a desperate regime to buy votes ahead of the midterms in an election where they know they are screwed, nothing more, nothing less. Biden doesn't give a fuck about joe schmoe pothead and if it weren't politically expedient for him to do this right now, he would leave them all to rot. He did have a hand with putting them there in the first place afterall!

biden and kamala are pardoning the people they sent to jail.

they are also doing this in order to bring the dumbo that is in russia.

otherwise it wouldn't make sense to bring that dumbo back, but keeping americans in american prisons for the same thing.

I could not give less of a s*** if he actually cares.. The fact is he did it

That being said it's pretty obvious that he regrets the crime bill

did trump try to pardon any drug convicted people? I don't think so. thus he could not have failed.
