180g of protein daily is a challenge.
Even harder w/o my protein shakes.

toddler children of vegans are the one's who truly suffer. being fed soy milk in a bottle and eating veggie burgers at a time in their life when they're developing their brain, bones, and muscles. makes me sad just to think about those poor bastards.

Would I suggest something like the poor mans GOMAD diet promoted on the early days of the BB forums, no, but a moderate amount of liquids is fine.


i am drinking calories too with my protein shake, but they are accounted for and i need them

most people are not lifting or doing some other type of activity and for them drinking calories is totally unnecessary

its a major reason for the overweight epidemic in the world
