wait, you really don't know the difference between an opinion on a certain issue, and factual evidence. the goal is to prevent blatant misinformation, not to forbid any opinion. hillary won the popular vote by millions. that is a fact. saying it's a shit system that prevents her from winning the presidency if she wins the popular vote is an opinion. saying it's a good system is also one (a shitty one, but still an opinion, and not an issue to say on twitter). repeatedly claiming she LOST the popular vote, however, would be blatant misinformation, and factually wrong - no matter what your opinion is. it's amazing that you can't even grasp such basic concepts, lol...
