Jones said on the stand he gave the phone to his lawyers to give to the prosecution. the prosecutors said his lawyers "messed up", Jones claims it wasnt a mess up at all.

But the trial as a whole seams "off" to me.

perhaps the reason the judge/prosecution seem so out of step with Jones is because he's wildly perjuring himself on the stand.

the entire choice to claim sandy hook was a fake was idiotic. all he had to say was the the deepstate paid a kid to shoot up a school to grab guns, that kids actually died and parents buried them, and this shows how evil the deepstate is. he'd be off the hook entirely. and it would actually have served better, people faking a school shooting are assholes, people paying to shoot up a school are next level evil. he fucked up.

I think people are confused and feel like Jones is getting railroaded because he had his trial assessing whether or not he defamed these parents already. He was found guilty because he refused to cooperate with discovery because turning over the evidence they were asking for would have made him seem even more guilty than if he just refused to play ball.

The on-going trial are assigning a dollar value to the damages that stem from his defamation verdict.

After the President rejected that idea he ended up being assassinated and a big cover up happened and nobody really knows what happened to JFK and the government still won't release the JFK files that many people have been trying to make public for decades to know the truth of what the CIA has documented.

Also he doesn't believe it was a hoax anymore. Initially he thought it was a hoax and spoke out about it prematurely but admitted pretty quick he was wrong.

Alex Jones is very polarizing but he's been right about a lot of things because he's had insider intel for a long time.
