I am not sure how SCOTUS is be elected or chosen by the President of the United States of America.
That being said if the Supreme Court in USA is being represented by a majority conservative party or majority liberal party, would the politics in the United States be compromised?
If So how can USA change the process so that both spectrum of the political supporters can be protected.

Here is a rather entertaining and funny video.

Openings on the Supreme Court are nominated by the President, but have to be confirmed with approval of the Senate. These jurists serve for life.

Here is the issue with the Supreme Court, which most outlets have a lot of trouble explaining in simple terms.

The Supreme Court has one single purpose. That purpose is to review laws passed by the rest of the government, and compare them to the constitution, ultimately deciding if they are indeed constitutional. They do not have the power to create laws or amend the constitution.

The problem is, in the mid 20th century, the Supreme Court began making arguable unconstitutional decisions. Many believe (myself included) the court became involved in activism, and did less of what it was created to do, which is literally say either “yes” or “no” on existing laws. They made a few major decisions based on their feelings of morality, despite the written word of the constitution. In the case of Row v Wade, which is likely why we are talking about this (I did not watch the video), the court basically instituted a new law, or precedent. They do not have the power to do this. They only have the power to strike down existing laws which do not adhere to the constitution.

What happened this year, is the court finally heard a case that would conflict with roe v wade. This time, though, they concluded the federal government does not, under the constitution, have the power to force states to pass specific abortion laws. This was the correct decision, legally speaking. The states are bound by the United States constitution, anything not found in that document is then overseen by each state’s constitution. This is how the US works.

Those who are making such a fuss about this decision, and then trying to completely dismantle or change the Supreme Court, are either blinded by their moral beliefs (therefore don’t care) or simply do not understand how the law works in this country on the most basic level.

In short, the Supreme Court made a series of unlawful decisions, and used powers they did not have to “pass abortion laws” in a way that isn’t actually passing a law. The Supreme Court in 2022 finally decided they never had the power to do so, and essentially reversed the decision they made decades ago, which again, they never had the power to do.

The power of judicial review is not in the constitution.

Means nothing.
It's just lefty BS because the assumptions on which they based Roe vs. Wade, were NOT in the Constitution.

You can read Article III above. Take the time to read it, before spouting nonsense fabricated by upset lefties.

I didn't say anything about Roe. I'm just saying the power of judicial review is not in the constitution. Nothing you highlighted gives the court power to strike down laws passed by Congress or undo actions taken by the executive. It's literally the foundation of constitutional law, that marbury versus madison established the power of judicial review. It's like, day 1 of history of the court class.

"Is USA Facing a problem" makes it sound like a new thing. But the problem has been there since the beginning.

The US constitution is vague in it's wording. There is more than one accepted interpretation and judges are allowed this freedom of interpretation. How a judge is feeling that day, their political opinions, their personal life, etc. might all play a part in their interpretive view.
