He IS being prosecuted. That's what "trial" IS. What for? Felony Murder. Which part of this is confusing you?

As said before, this is yet another Rittenhouse Trial. And any attempts to minimize the fact that the VICTIM is who the activist prosecutor is going after, NOT the welfare bitch that sicced her rabid boyfriend on the poor, hard working immigrant, and slashed his arm when he tried to defend himself, says everything about you. I used the term prosocuted as in lost court and serving time. Here he isn't CONVICTED and spent some time in jail prior to court. Fucked up but pretty normal.

Let me do the math for you: Had Rittenhouse lost, it would have led to a precedent to destroy self-defense as a legal defense. This case is another clear-cut case, from yet another activist prosecutor, to set the exact same precedent.

You did not say "convicted" you said "prosecuted". I responded to your words. If you misspoke them, that, again, is on you. I don't care if you "believe" it's self-defense. This immigrant was not a concern regarding "running" nor a danger to society. Any form of recommending he be put in jail in the first place is the act of an activist prosecutor AND judge.

Now, I've seen the pictures of the slash wounds to his arms. They are not scratches, and apparently they became infected after his stint in jail. The welfare bitch clearly assaulted him with a deadly weapon. Yet her name has not even been released that I can find. Who was she? What's her name? What are the terms of her bail?

same here. How do you not understand almost ALWAYS during a murder somebody gets charged with a crime. Almost always they go to jail prior to. Almost always they have to post bail.

There was no murder here. Self-defense directly states "not murder". Murder is a legal term. Was there a homicide here? Yes. Are there homicides committed on a daily basis for a variety of reasons where the person who commits that homicide do not go to jail or have to post bail? Absolutely.

This is New York City. They had bail reforms, don't you remember? They released a wide variety of drug dealers, domestic abusers, people convicted of everything from petty assault to armed robbery.

I have zero fucks given when it comes to listening to excuses for why this man was thrown in jail over a clear case of self defense. Why the wounds he sustained in the defense of his own life were allowed to get infected in jail.

I don't care much about the reaction video. You asked if I'd read the story. Yes I have. And yes, I'm still attempting to discover the name of the girlfriend, as well. Because as you have failed to answer, "Was she arrested or charged for assault with a deadly weapon" or perhaps "Conspiracy to commit murder" has not yet been answered.

Being thrown in jail for self-preservation during an unprovoked attack is an injustice. This was a brown immigrant elderly man. Not only is this a case of activism trumping justice, it's a clear case of systemic racism against a hard working immigrant, by a privileged pair of welfare-receiving native citizens, one of whom was a convicted felon.

1. Somebody died. They charged him with murder he will stand trial and make the case for self defense pretty normal.
2. It's not my responsibility to answer what the GF was charged with. I didn't write the article or press charges I'm not a NY city DA.
I hope he gets acquitted quickly, as yes it is clearly self defense.

Maybe this will help because you see it has murder, but others see it as self defense.

This was murder. And the guy went to jail but only served probation. In this case, you are correct it's proper to arrest them, book then, etc. But for a self defense case, it seems way out of line.

You should check out Louis Rossmann's video about the case. He lives in that shit hole of NYC snd maybe his video will resonate with you more than jsp users
