Edit: I watched a couple more times, and I may have to throw a fake news stamp on myself. It almost looks like his right foot was caught on the peddle, like he couldn't get it out of a strap, and he fell trying to get it out. That's still a "he fell" as opposed to "he fell off his bike". Still had one foot firmly on the ground and the bike to support him.
Definitely a balance issue, not a bike issue. They may have to look at a stationary bike for him if his equilibrium is that shot.
