Doesn't matter what your justification for it is. He could have refused to certify, even if it's only ceremonial it would still have been the right thing to do.

Stolen elections have consequences. Thousands are dying in Ukraine as we speak because of the stolen election.

Make no mistake: every single individual involved with the steal has got the blood of tens of thousands of Ukrainians on their hands, from the individual mules to top Democrat leadership. They will pay for this in the long run. God isn't just gonna let this one slide.
