tbh ive never understood why people are so opposed to eating bugs.

i eat only high quality meat 95% of the time, local grass fed beef, local quality pork, local pasture raised chickens. but its very expensive, and if i can fill some protein gaps cheaply with things like cricket flour why not?

if the question is entirely stopping eating meat, no. but substitution isn't a big deal.

It was like eating lethal dose of rotten/degraded LSD, which was probably not a very nice experience (the last one for most)

Ive been subbing in turkey because its cheaper and has a lower methane output overall so I can make earth nuts gush. Ive also found for alot of things I find the taste of ground turkey far better chili with turkey is amazing.

You probably feel the same way with turkey because you have some weird fetish for only eating the meatiest meat. Your ancestors ate nothing but bugs and berries for months when meat wasnt avaliable but fuck them.

I don't take any drugs, so I dunno. Life is my drug and the only and true addiction.

I prefer bean flour & what gladiators ate to stay strong, so as long as you're willing to take on the risks that comes w/ creepy crawlers.
I certainly respect a non warm blooded animal approach vs encouraging the raising of millions of animals only to axe them either way.

Op posts about destroying milk byt has zero clue about the standards and practaces of dairy farmers. As usual.

As least his post wasnt a dribbling mess with video game pictures all over it this time

It's not limited to dairy or dairy farmers, as usual you're scared of the truth and stoop to character attacks like a good drone of a personality that you are.

i'm a fairly distrustful centrist who doesnt trust much of anything and try to extensively research stuff.

the idea of a bug thats freeze dried, ground into a powder, and put into flour doesnt scare me. if they want me to eat live grubs then i'll pass unless im on vacation in the amazon.

Sure but this mushroom typically contains enormous amount of a molecule that is close to the LSD (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ergotamine)
