Read carefully. The police officers are holding the gun. They are pointing a loaded weapon at another human being. Both the victim and the police officer are under environmental "stress" - The victim, obviously at the hands of the police, and the officer by whatever crazy ass training, protocols, decisions, orders, whatever that got them redlined to that point.
