according to people active on "political twitter", there had been a noticeable decrease of pro-republican spam, like random "i'm a regular black / gay / immigrant dude, but i totally hate democrats for <insert random spin on reasonable policy>" ever since sanctions on russia were ramped up, after they invaded ukraine.

If Russians pay humans 0,25 USD per comment, does it count towards bot or humans?
Technically its human inserting comment, but its still a paid entry, not his real opinion.
