I think the decay of white culture STARTED with the left. White children were so fragile that the left decided to give participation trophies to everyone. The Southern Democrats adopted the original participation trophy, the Stars and Bars, as a symbol of "pride." Unfortunately, the rot from the left was absorbed by conservatives to the point that I don't even recognize the Republican party anymore. It wasn't too long ago that the GOP stood for the destruction of the welfare state, the business class, etc. Now, support for unions is the highest that it's ever been in decades with the GOP. The GOP is actively fighting for the "working man" which is a dog whistle for wanting to work less for more pay. Something that was thought to be a left wing idea is simply a product of white culture itself.

Also having a ton of babies and getting free government money and housing helps, and being criminals isn’t a good start, that’s why they take low paying under the table jobs. There are several Asian countries with HDIs higher than European countries like France. I would not consider Singapore, South Korea, Japan, etc. the "1600s." Even rag head countries like UAE, Qatar, etc. are doing well. I think you need to update your priors there.
