Now, consider all those times US mass shooters had reported hearing voices in their heads, and the fact that many of these shooters were 'monitored' by the FBI for months leading up to the shootings. Coincidence?

Why would the government want mass shootings? To distract the general population while the US government transforms into an authoritarian police state. These shootings can also sow division (depending on who was shot and who did the shooting) in the general population, making them easier to control. The government is also attempting to scare toothpaste eaters into handing over their Second Amendment.
