Yup! The public sector is so dirty and that is exactly how you get corruption. I can see special circumstances once in a while, but in that case EVERYTHING should be public and easily accessible. I mean, people go to jail for stealing $1,000 right? And for $50,000 right? What do we do with people who steal hundreds of millions? For scale, you take one life, you go to jail (should die but another thread maybe). Doing this destroys thousands and thousands of lives. It gets treated as a slap on the wrist. Painfully stupid. Disgustingly damaging short and long term. Any plans the Dem voters had is a dream because its been stolen. Any plans Repubs had is a joke because its been stolen. It serves, no party. Just the elite class above the law. Plain and simple.

But the actual criminal involved was a republican.

Correct. And they need to be rooted out and feel the force of justice. My opinions and desires are beyond a party, its a vision. The same way tons of Republicans were against Trump, some to his face, some behind closed doors. I liked Trump because he set off so many political shills too comfortable with their grip on American lives. When I heard a Democrat make sense I stand up for them too like Kyrsten Sinema trying to protect our border (I live in AZ, I see illegals, regularly at a few gas stations and corners). The people Democrat elitists abuse to get votes and pander. The people Repub titans use for cheap labor under threats of deportation. Which, by the way, Alejando Majorkas openly has no plan to kick out the over 1 million illegals who went to court (actually went, surprise!) and were deemed lawfully by a judge to be removed from the country. He won't do it. He says we don't have the resources. When asked what he needs he deflects and falls back on "I direct you to my committee of blah blah". Wonder if $33 billion was enough? Or $3 billion? Or $457 million? Not to mention all the immigrants who worked hard, saved up, and lived their lives like functional adults and did things the right way, all those immigrants are getting spat on. They are victims. Imagine waiting in line at DisneyWorld for 3 hours to ride a ride after saving your money for the trip and some asshole just hops the fence and goes on for free, and YOU get yelled at for calling it unfair!

There are people in power who's goal is to be in power. Not to be public servants. Not to better their fellow man. It's a cheap, sleazy, fast track to riches as long as they can murky the water enough to get away with it. Like, neither CNN nor FOX runs this story nearly as much as Will Smith and Johnny Depp. Sure they make headlines but is that the standard now? Hell I could go scream naked in the street and make headlines, doesn't make it good, or right, or important, or worth anything. America needs a community. A real one. Based on actually accomplishing some shit and growing naturally. We are bigger than Europe. And uh, right now, Europe ain't doing so good is it? Turns out they are hardline segregationists between their nations with language, laws, privileges and rights, and are currently bombing each other.

Corruption in all forms is destructive and the wakes and ripples impact everything once you start hitting dollar amounts that equate to whole towns, cities, or even small countries GDP. Imagine all of Greece had its money stolen like this. Or Paraguay. Or Chile. Or Rwanda. And there are no consequences.

This should get under everyone's skin because no matter who you want to win or who you voted for, money is being stolen from us. All of us.
