How is it not?
What is your definition of murder? And before you say anything that's blatantly copied off of wikipedia, I just want to remind you that legality is not relevant in the definition of murder.
I don't care if you think I am making an "emotional" argument. Your opinion is worthless to me. I do, however, want to know how you structure your argument. I want to hear why you think the intentional ending of human life is not murder.
People should stop murder from happening though.
Do you think society telling us not to murder people is also telling us what to do?
Telling women that they cannot murder the unborn is not simply "telling others what to do". Everybody has the moral obligation to stop murder when they see it happen.
You only see things from the woman's perspective. You think they get to make a choice and that the pro-lifers are being evil for telling them they cant. You fail to see things from the perspective of the unborn, which really isn't surprising to me, cause lefties like you have simplistic views on things.
Sounds like I have a new fan!
wait, so you both "don't care" about my "worthless" opinion, but also want my to know my "personal definition" of murder? well, how about the opinions of great minds in the legal and ethic fields, which lead to an establishment of abortion rights in ALL modern societies around the world? you know, you could just ask google if you felt like a big boy who doesn't need the crayon version of everything.
surely it's not your intention to just bring forward dishonest appeals to emotion, based on medieval, religious fundamentalist world view, lack of scientific and legal understanding, and its utter disregard for women, right? for example, if some bigots in alabama simply wrote on a napkin that they "defined" a zygote as "person", that wouldn't magically erase and overturn the modern consensus (and the support of a large majority of people), and by default setting back women's rights by decades, correct? i mean, that'd be such an obviously ridiculous line of argument, that i couldn't even begin to imagine that's where you're going with this, right? after all, i know you as an open-minded and intellectually honest debater, who'd never.... oh wait, nvm...
some ppl...
