It is trivial. Even at its face. Already we've seen calls for 5th booster shots. That is 5 doses a person. 400m covers 10 doses a person. That isn't an absurd amount for a pandemic that most all governments have underestimated. You have to disbelieve there's a pandemic to think it is unreasonable. Most Canadians don't disbelieve there's a pandemic.

Since basic math is apparently outside your capabilities: 400M - 200M = 200M. 200M / 38M = ~5 doses per person. My apologies for assuming you had an education.
