When you hear in news that people in syria for example killing each other, 20 peoples a day, you call it a civil war.. so whats the difference?

Wouldn't be an accurate measure anyway, since similar viruses can mask one another. If Covid is in your system, it will be labeled as death from/complications due to Covid.
