If I were you, I would get the jab because the risk is low, but this is all underdeveloped/uncivilized beyond comprehension.

The gov has had the ability to mandate vaccinations since before your parents were born.

There are many mandates the government supposedly has, don't make it constitutional or applicable for every case.
