Bullshit sentence. Judge should be removed, and the rapist should get hanged. Dance the judge alongside him.

X2. That judge deserves far worse than removal though.

Idk man. I've never seen another race convicted of multiple rape get out of jail time. But I've seen multiple whites. Seems like a white problem

Really? Are you baiting us?

Judge didn't want to ruin his fine, white life, over a simple mistake.

First I've never heard of the case. So a preface just based on the article: At the time of the events, he was not an adult. Apparently he lost his right to be charged as a minor because... He watched porn? Apparently, no boy who has hit puberty (not to mention more than a few who haven't) can be charged as children anymore. Boy = adult now. But going beyond that, the actual questions:

1. "Rape" no longer particulary means "Rape". Was it statutory (age difference based, nothing to do with consent) or actual rape?
2. "Sexual Assault" can mean looking at someone now, so the question is the same as number 1, with the addition of, nature of the "assault"?
3. If it were actual rape, not statutory rape, why did he not receive his constitutionally guaranteed timely trial prior to becoming an adult and wanting to fap one out?

I'm very confused. If someone has a fact-based unbiased summary of all the facts of the case and the trial, it would be helpful. As it stands, I see a lot of judgement in this thread, and very few facts.

Tell me about Duke Lacrosse, Mattress Girl, etc. There are so many cases on record that are clear bullshit at this point, that I simply start with the assumption of innocence in literally everything.

As I said, this is the first I've heard of this case. And the article is very light on facts. I want the facts of the case before I rush to judgement, because unlike the "feelings matter more than facts" PaRD crowd, I honestly believe throwing a person in a cage should only be practiced after guilt has been proven beyond reasonable doubt, regardless of race, religion, gender, or any other nonsensical political talking point.

I said this last time this was brought up.

Looks like it had nothing to do with the crime and had more to do with the fact that he was YO when he was originally sentenced. Idk about any facts from the case but the fact that he was YO had a lot to do with skipping prison time and going straight to sex offender status.

Kid would most likely ended up in Marcy J dorm for something he did as a minor. Take it from somebody who did over three years in that facility alone, that little boy would likely be killed on the inside. The judge obviously took that into consideration along with his age when he committed the crimes.

But yeah, white privilege if that’s how you see every court case.

You do realize that if every single time something happens, and you are like “white guy black guy”, you are in fact a racist. I know you think you aren’t because you say things like “white privilidge” but you are a straight up racist.

Please don’t let that deter from my above point.

fair enough the main link does seem rather light on the facts.
