I turn on tucker every now and then to see the monologue. Great how you put it so eloquently, but he really does just just put people on the screen and say “look for yourselves”.

I imagine he'd have a sad monologue if they didnt hand him so much free material. Look at his blockbuster Rittenhouse interview. He literally just lets the kid recount his story. Didn't have to do shit. Meanwhile look at Last Week Tonight with John Oliver. A team of writers and researchers flying around the country to dig into some story for each episode to come up with some new cause for people to be mad about. They'll go interview farmers in flyover country to do a segment on why we should eminent domain their land to build transmission lines to bring electricity to California. Not once mentioning that coastal states should mitigate their usage or turn to nuclear energy. So he starts with a nonstory, then expends great effort weaving a deliberately misleading political narrative to whip up mob support. Meanwhile Tucker just quotes tweets from Keith Olbermann and has a show lmao
