No, but I know that the US has nowhere near the safety net of either CAN or EU.
We have food stamps and some Obamacare left.. That's about it..
I would say we probably spend more money per capita than most. Poorly managed.
We really only care about the homeless in the US when they poop on our sidewalks.. other than that most people just wish they would fuck off and get a job.
