correct. when asked why armed men weren't arrested by police, and instead were given water bottles, the Sherriff correctly pointed out no one from either side was arrested simply for violating curfew, only violent troublesome protesters were arrested. he didnt have a good answer however for why Kyle wasn't arrested on the spot, other than that officers couldn't hear spectators screaming that he shot people. i find that part odd, not that it's legally important.

I remember it from the livestream when it happened - it was just too chaotic and the cops couldn't tell who Kyle was or what had happened. The whole thing was just a shit show.

odd though that any person crossing police lines, with a gun no less, wouldnt at least be stopped quickly to ask what's going on. the cops truly had a soft spot for the militia, not that i dont understand why, but it was a bit odd.

likely this case finds its way into a lot of swat, police, and riot cop training programs.

This kind of behavior is well documented. Police tend to make it easy for militia people to come in and enact violence on their behalf.

The thing that broke up CHAZ was the police allowing armed men in Proud Boy uniforms to come in and basically just shoot people. Then they used that as justification since "now they're shooting each other" to raid the whole thing.

I don't think it plays out legally but I also find it odd that after shooting said Pedo..
