Kyle is allowed to drive 20 minutes to 'cross state lines' and protect any business he wants to - even if its because he's looking for trouble.

His initial intent to look for action isn't what he is on trial for; its whether or not he acted in self defense once he found what he was looking for - which he did.

You left out illegally possessing a firearm there bubby

looking for trouble and self defense aren't legally congruent.

crossing state lines as a minor with a firearm is a crime.

clearly you have opinions, that's fine, the law doesnt agree.

i personally dont think he wanted to fire his firearm that night at all, wasnt looking for trouble, just wanted to look cool. big fail. and he's on the hook for crossing state lines in any case, whether its 20 mins or 4 hours away.

Bolded means equivalent - just letting you know you're using it wrong lol.

And we'll see what the law does or does not agree with.

You are both leaving out how the gun that crossed state lines (for some reason the biggest GOT YA from the left) was purchased in Wisconsin and never left the state.

Sure, charge him with illegal possession.

Its irrelevant to a murder trial.

If an 11 year old picks up his father's gun and shoots a home invader, its still self defense.

The prosecutor admitted in his opening statement that the gun was purchased in Wisconsin and had never left Wisconsin.

The prosecutor (the guy trying to prove rittenhouse is guilty for all the lefty’s here) destroyed every left wing narrative you have all been repeating over and over for the past year. The worst thing he had to say about rittenhouse is that he did not stop to give medical care to the pedophile (convicted pedophile) after he shot him.

The guy who was being chased down and killed a couple people in self defense, and wounded another who came at him with a glock, didn’t stop to help tend to the wounds of one of the people chasing him down while vocally shouting their intent to cause physical harm. Not to mention during the chase somebody fired a gun in the air. Not to mention the entire incident is on video from beginning to end. This is the only real attack in rittenhouse from the opening statements made by the man trying to put him away.

This whole case is pathetic. It has been a few hours and the same case has been provided by both sides.

lol ya the gun never left the state im sure.... haha

1.
in agreement or harmony.

looking for trouble and self defense are not in harmony with each other, legally. im not sure what you're saying. it has a meaning outside of math, tho both are similar in any case.

not logically or legally irrelevant. Kyle's intent entering the situation is directly relevant to his self defense argument, which by the way i think he'll be successful in raising.

the defense needs to separate his presence, illegally, where he was from the act itself and likely will. but its the only reason that self defense isn't an open shut case. as well as potential rulings that seek to show someone illegally carrying a firearm cannot use deadly force even in self defense, which i dont think will apply.

the juxtaposition is still humorous. Kyle was shitting his pants because he didnt think he'd be anything but a cosplayer that people would run from as he defended a gas station that wouldnt have lost a dime even if it burned to the ground. the defense is even trying to claim he only went because someone asked him, watering down his intent to be a hero.

Premeditated self-defense is not legally considered self-defense.

His intent was to give off the appearance that he was a big boy with a big gun who would kill the big bad protestors. Then he did that.
The law does not recognize “pretending to be an armed gunman” as a defense for killing people. At best, he could plead to a lesser charge.

Lmao I've only ever heard the word used in its mathematical form - I guess you're right.

And its my opinion that Kyle is allowed to provoke, entice - or do whatever he wants to do in the very same way that the rioters were doing when they were torching businesses. Stepping over the line and killing people is a completely separate issue.

I don’t really see that as relevant tbh. He wasn’t allowed to possess a firearm legally. That should be all the intent the court needs
Unless I’m missing something?

The trial is on television right now you are welcome to watch it.

The prosecutor, again for those who don’t know he is the one who is making the case to put Kyle in prison, says this. He was the first to speak, and he made it clear that this is true.

How do people argue something they know nothing g about still boggles my mind. Again, it is literally on tv right now the actual trial.

Did you guys see the video?

All the cops go by him while he have his hands in the air while having his gun around him and people shouting he killed someone.

None gave a fuck not even the cops.

So why is this a story? That dude defended himself. End of story.

If 4-5 cops car don't stop for you while you surrender after killing someone, you are good to go.

In life, you learn something very simple. If someone have a gun and you know for a fact that trying to get at that person will get you killed, you don't and move on.

Life ain't CS:Go, you dont respawn upon death.
