Getting shot at first doesn't automatically mean self defense. If you show up with guns and such you can be considered just as much of an instigator.

If you show up armed prepared for a confrontation at a place you have no business being, and the side you were expecting to confront you confronts you, you don't automatically get off on self defense because they shot first. You had no business being there except to be engaged in violence. You knew you could just not show up.

first off its not fully automatic? Cops dont even have fully automatic. If you can't even get that right your opinion on this case means absolutely nothing to anyone.
