What's the difference between personal property and private property?

Anyway, I am not saying that in communist countries, there is zero personal property. I am saying that the people are generally very poor, compared to the citizens of capitalist countries. This appears to be one strike against communism.

We aren't discussing if there are "strikes against communism". We're just discussing definitions.

Private property is things like factories and such that produce goods or products.

Personal property are your own personal posessions that others don't get to use. Your bed, your house, your horse, your personal garden. Things that don't produce goods for the public.

Capitalism is the only way of life where you can be on the poverty line - but also be morbidly obese, have a phone bill and a place to plant your ass down to shit at night.

Even the most homeless and destitute person in America can still at least flip open the lid of a McDonald's trash bin and score himself some rotten ass mcnuggets to eat - or just straight up pan handle for $400/day in some cases (Yes, really.)

The only bad thing I can say about capitalism is that if you are a low performing human being, you may have to face the ego check of seeing people doing MUCH better than you are - awe, poor thing. Please tell me about how bad you have it from behind the blue lit screen of your 20,000 dollar iphone you bought for 600.

Its not even a commentary about your work ethic.

Did you ever even think about that - that you have an iphone right now that should have cost you upwards of 10 grand or more, but because we live in a capitalist machine - you get the most competitive price for that item, 600 or less. We take these things for granted without even thinking about it.

What is terrible about being able to buy the wealth of the world's knowledge at your fingertips - INCLUDING TINDER! btw..

With credits that you earn doing the most basic and idiotic tasks known to man, like flipping burgers?

That is the genius of capitalism. Instead of wasting your life learning how to build a phone yourself, you get to trade for it with currency in a fair market - just like on D2jsp. You like forum gold, don't you? Why? Because hunting your own Death's fathom sucks, right?

Until your 'land', where therein lies your bed, house, horse, personal garden, is expropiated as 'national' property

Sure, but that happens under capitalism too. Our highways were basically paved over minority and poor neighborhoods that were taken under eminent domain.
