I'd just like to know the specifics about how trans people feel because mental health issues should be taken seriously.

Is it that you are a man who BELIEVES they are actually a woman or are you a man who likes to PRETEND that you are a woman or vice versa?

If you really believe you are the opposite sex that your DNA says you are then you are suffering from a mental illness. These are usually caused by severe emotional and/or physical trauma and should be handled properly to help you live a more genuine and satisfying life.

Or are you just desperate for attention by playing pretend?

I am not being facetious at all.
