then in the background they show a face of what is commonly understood as Jesus with a set of horns.

lust is something that is essentially striving to move towards something that we desire. this can come in the form of a position, a power, an object, sexuality, or whatever it is that we can imagine. when we lust for supernatural powers we are feeling that we are incomplete.

to attain one level of supernatural power is never enough, we would just keep moving towards another higher level, and thus creating a never ending cycle of incompleteness within us.
