Sadly, that's probably true.

What pissed me off is how the SGT said she was the "primary aggressor", and cops don't have discretion in DV assault cases. Then, he turns around at the end, and told his officer "do whatever you want, I believe in you".

Cop should have taken her to jail. For her own safety
