It's not just indoor dining. It's everything "not essential." I don't do a lot of dining out, but I'm not showing any papers just for the privilege of spending my money in someone's establishment. My dad for example won't go anywhere that cards him for alcohol. The man is in his mid-seventies, and a request for an ID will have him simply get up and leave. I've seen him do it. Asking for peoples' papers (which many will refuse to get the vaccine in the first place) removes them from society. I don't know how people can't see that being equated to making them second class citizens.
The colored counter is over there.
I mean, it's a spectrum, right? You have to show ID to get on an airplane. You have to show ID to buy alcohol. You don't need to show ID when you're minding your own business on the street. The line needs to be somewhere, right? I understand that a vaccination card is unacceptable to you, but where is your line? What are your criteria for said line?
