I don't care if you are vaccinated, die on a vent, are fine, idgaf. It is elective at this point, so when people are being wheeled out I tell myself "they chose that".

If people don't want to protect themselves idc. Don't wear a seat belt, wear a rubber, wash your hands, all your right.

When you said something like I don't care (or whatever the hell it was that you said) as a response when I pointed out the fact that live humans are being deliberately killed, then the only logical conclusion I can draw from that is that you are callous. But you don't seem to get what this thread is about. This is NOT about whether you care about people not wanting to "protect" themselves. This thread is about why the government shouldn't compel vaccination.

To a degree my callousness is true as I am very comfortable to admit it, but I feel like you think I don't care about all life, which is completely untrue.

philosophically you are correct, but to them might is right so if they can force it or pressure you into it & succeed they will keep trying to do that.
The fact they are pushing so hard is proof of the addendum for any who can see. But, because they revile & lack the capacity for kindness they will fail to fully compel the patriotic.

Federal employees are fair game.

The government isn't compelling vaccination. You can get tested every two weeks and avoid it. This is not some authoritarian mandate like the right is making it out to be. If Biden said everybody has to get vaccinated or get fined, then I'd be against it, but this is quite a bit lesser than that.

I think the government has been pretty consistent
When your rights/actions endanger others they can step in
