it's better to get vaccinated, this shit can evolve or combine into something really bad at any moment, and it's almost a certainty to catch it in the next years max.

yourself or myself, anyone, they are 1/ forced by the gov 2/ can't afford someone get contaminated because of their company: this is risk managment basics.

I don't care how much you don't want your work-force contaminated or how much you want to "manage risk". You cannot, as an employer, force the vaccines on an un-willing employee under the threat of job loss. Not to mention it's probably illegal to ask him whether he's vaccinated in the first place. Employers are prohibited by law from inquiring about an employee's medical status, as far as I know.
