That's why I think on this one Biden is actually trolling - this time.

He's obviously frustrated with the reporter for yelling like a retard over the engine while he obviously can't hear a word she's saying. So he' just mimicing what he heard from her, I think.

Yea I would of just ignored her. I actually would give props to biden if he was intentionally trolling.
