I don't think I honestly care if Blizzard survives. The last great game for me was WOTLK. Activision ultimately will due to CoD and Candy Crush.

blizzard changed from their goal being "make a good game" to "retain X# of sub rates per quarter", which leads them to make games with a small amount of content to clear and shorter windows of content release, minimal beta testing, and hotfixing exploits being so time consuming they dont bother to police botting.

blizzard 2021 is a shit show, and sexual jokes in a mixed gender work environment is maybe the 10th thing on the list of issues they face. there should be no frat boys, and no women, it should be a dev team of unfuckable acne scarred introverts who talk more over discord than at the coffee pot.
