A lil food for thought for you guys. I was walking home from the bar one night with a buddy of mine. Was 3 in the morning, no kids in sight. We had to go through a park in order to get back to my place. He stopped to take a piss. Cop saw him, charged him with indecent exposure. But because we were in a park, he's now a registered sex offender. Never harmed a child in his life, but is labeled the same as somebody who has. Does he deserve a second chance? Absolutely. Does an ACTUAL pedophile deserve a second chance who knew what they were doing and made the conscious decision to do so? Fuck no. There's also the debate of an underage girl in a bar. If you met her in a place where it is assumed everybody is of legal age (and has been "verified" as such by the bouncer at the door) is it fair to forever punish the guy?

Dudes who would bang the underage girl at the bar don't care she's 16 as they would go lower if they could lol.




I have the displeasure of working with these folks time to time and it can be difficult to find resources for them. One lady had huge bed sores and couldn't walk but I couldn't find her a skilled rehab because she raped a kid and was a tier 3 and I can only find a couple places in the state that will take tier 1 and 2. Her probation officer was like "please help me help her" and had nothing. Sore on her side the size of a football that smelled like death. Ended up sending her back to her boarding house when I found out her son got out of jail and could get her food etc.. I've had to provide crisis stabilization services to this woman a dozen times and had to kick her out of the hospital a dozen more.




It seems to work for dudes. More women do this stuff than you would think. They will shove a broom in you.

That's a pretty generalized statement. She's in a place you have to be of legal age to get in to. Even if he said "show me your ID" she'd just produce the same fake she showed the bouncer. She has gone out of her way to pass herself off as older than she is. So why should he be held accountable?

That being said, i was in a bar a few weeks back (i never go to bars, hadn't drank in over 3 years until that night) one of my buddies and these 2 girls asked to join us, and we looked at them, looked at each other, looked back at them and told them no. They looked young. Were probably of legal age, but, as a grown ass man, I have no business hanging around 18 year old girls (that's legal drinking age here) so I guess to a degree your right? But, just cause a guy likes em young, doesn't mean he likes em illegal

So many ifs and buts, such as the situations I described. But I do believe anybody who has raped a child, or even had sex with one, or exploited in any sort of way, knowing she was underage (whether she was "ok with it" or not) should be allowed to be shot by any member of the general public, law enforcement or not.
