Yes. We have the presidency and the house that still need to be involved to pass things, and there's no need to totaly remove the filibuster. We could just make it harder to carry out, for instance by making it a standing filibuster again.
Also Senators are still elected every 6 years, so they have more time to make an impact to justify their position, unlike the house which only has 2 years to justify their continued positon.
