I'm at 265 (170 bodyweight but who cares) but bench is mostly stalled and I haven't peaked for it since putting most of my effort into the goal of putting 2 plates over my head and squatting 4 plates and increasing my deadlift cause deadlift is the reason to live.
my knees are too shit to deadlift these days, i go high reps i get shooting pains, i go high weight low reps i get shooting pains. trying to to peripheral type exercises to strengthen the knees enough to get back into deadlifting but its a slow process lately.... so im a beach muscles high schooler once again doing slow mostly band workouts below the knee once a week. was just happy to get back into repping 185 for 5x10s on the bench with no spotter. 265lbs down to 240lbs, mostly from just 16hr fasting 5-6 days a week.
