"big names" being released pre-trial and pre-evidentiary discovery would make an impartial jury much more difficult to create.

what you're doing is the equivalent of asking a police dept to release body cam footage hours after a shooting takes place.

I'm not saying big names will go down, or the investigation or trial will be fair. hell she may walk free. but this is how trials work despite that.
