I don't think you understand what generational wealth is lol. Generational wealth cannot be earned by one person.

That's exactly what he meant: these professional athletes earn enough in a few years to amass enough wealth for entire generations of their family. Their children and grandchildren will indeed enjoy generational wealth. And yes, in these cases, one person can indeed earn enough to generate generational wealth.



Regarding the NFL: the majority of the league's players are black, so after the BLM/George Floyd protests blew up last year, and with the Kaepernick debacle in mind, the NFL was scared shitless of another wave of protests or strikes by their black players. Therefore, the owners decided to go full woke to pander to the public sentiment of the moment and to appease their players who were on the verge of revolting. It's of course all just for show. The inofficial motto of the NFL owners is "leave us alone, all we want is to go back to raking in risk- and effortless profits".

i am well aware that the nfl superstars making 100+ million are a minority in the sport and that a lot of athletes blow their money

but the facts remain, a few million bucks are easily enough to set up yourself, your children and grandchildren for life
