at lighter weights women sometimes win in wrestling. although best ive seen is a woman take 2nd at state at 112 here in Wisconsin. no reason a f2m couldnt do the same or better, especially with a bit of T therapy.

OP probably can't even bench his bodyweight.

to be fair 350 bench is pretty big time.

Climbing has a pretty close gap too. The best men are only 1 grade ahead of women. (highest grade sport climbing by women: 9b+, highest grade sport climbing by men: 9c)

the classic example of women > men is long distance swimming and running.

but not marathon distance, super marathon distance. 100 mile plus runs or english channel type swimming distances.

women have more fat reserves which create buoyancy and are energy stores. but the sample size in both is too small to say for sure.

Think psychology big separation factor to at that point where basically you just have to learn how to just train your brain to just let you ignore how you feel and just be willing to continue until you die or truly fail due to exhaustion.

And generally males and females probably don't differ that much in that regard.

100%. listening to a few of these channel swimmers or ultra marathon runners on podcasts its common to hear "i shit my pants half way in and just kept going".

sleep deprivation is also another factor at that level, and women imo do have an edge there with their ability to wake and operate almost still asleep to nurse children. but i wouldnt make that claim 100% as im no brain doctor.
