I wouldn't allow people to be that rich and instead move a chunk of that wealth towards the communities in need.

But realistically , i would move to a different type of system and put more importance into communities . Right now deals are made as a country when many states/provinces face different issues/concerns.

In a perfect world, i'd rather see people thrive as communities versus states/country. In each communities, you usually find all you need (People who grow shit, electricians, plumber, teachers, mechanic and so on. It would be simpler and it would be better to keep the money home. I wouldn't stop people from purchasing shit abroad.
