financial institutions like Wells Fargo, Barclays, JP Morgan Chase, Ally Bank, USAA, Goldman Sachs, and some National banks like Canada, Germany, and many Asian National banks are already in the full swing of adopting cryptocurrencies. many of the aforementioned banks are already developing their own stable coins, which is pretty much what you're saying nobody smart will go along with. it's pretty doubtful that people will suddenly abandon banking as the transition over to digital becomes greater/eventually the dominant asset... and yes it will include tracking that allows public and private sectors to know everything about you

and i wont move crypto into their platforms

good for them. if i cash out i cash out. their businesses deal in fiat and thats fine

for now they deal in fiat, eventually the great digital reset will come. sure you can keep your crypto on a hardware device and access it, you could probably get away with withdrawing from crypto ATM's also but most likely you'd need to submit identification for any transactions anyways. I don't see a loophole around accessing those funds without giving up identity one way or another, but maybe I'm missing some piece that could allow you to do so

oh yeah they’ll take it all eventually. In america youre fubar. i just set aside whatever i supposedly owe in “income” taxes if i ever sell (which i tend not to do). many other countries you can still kinda operate incognito if you arent stupid and arent a whale

I personally dont care too much about them knowing this or that because i just buy and hodl. hardly a sinister strategy unless youre some absurd woke leftist who thinks foregoing consumption is evil

The Left currently depends on major governmental institutions to further social and political agendas, such as the Supreme Court, Congress, etc. There's a great deal less distrust in the government as a result, at least compared to the Right imo. Anecdotally, the SJW spaces I've rolled in rarely, if ever, are concerned with privacy--in fact, doxing is something I routinely see being celebrated. There's also less anti-Semitism within the Left, although it is certainly still there, so there's less "resisting the Jewish overlords" in these circles.
